Work this week: Ductwork for the new HVAC system is being installed on the main roof of Building 6300 and the installation of sheet metal caps on the parapet walls commenced.

Work this week: Contractor completed reframing of parapet walls as well as the roofing on the main roof. Demolition of smaller roof wells has begun.

Work this week: Contractor continued framing. The new roof drains were installed, and roofing installation began on Building 6300.

Work this week: Contractor started demo work. HVAC units were removed from Building 6300. Newly framed mechanical curbs and roof crickets are in progress.
