North County Campus Building N2400 & N3100-N3200 Hydration Station Installation

Location: (NCC) Buildings N2400 & N3100/N3200

Description: The contractor will replace drinking fountains with bottle filler hydration stations. Water will be shut off locally to the fountains during work. Dust and noise are expected. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.

North County Campus Building N5300 AP Upgrades

Location: (NCC) Building N5300

Date(s) in Effect: January 16th, 2025 – January 17th, 2025

Description: The contractor will install cabling for new wireless access points in the N5300 greenhouse and the potting area. Minor noise is expected. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.

SLO Campus Center 6000 Complex Outage

Location: (SLO) 6000 Complex

Date(s) in Effect: Monday; January 20th, 2025; 6:00am to 4:00pm

Description: Contractor will be terminating electrical conductors into the switchgear within the enclosure near the 6300 Building. During this time, power to the 6000 Complex (portables included) will be interrupted. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.

SLO Campus Center Building 6300 AV Upgrades

Location: (SLO) Building 6300

Date(s) in Effect: January 14th, 2025 – January 20th, 2025

Description: The contractor will install new Audio-Visual equipment in room 6304. Minor noise is expected. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.

SLO Campus Center 6300 Courtyard Landscape Improvements

Location: SLO 6300 Courtyard

Date(s) in Effect: December 19th, 2024 - February 19th, 2025

Description: The contractor will begin the landscape improvement project with temporary fencing installation on December 19th and light demolition work on December 20th. Construction will begin in earnest on January 6th, 2025. Noise from tools, equipment, and delivery vehicles around the 6000 complex is expected. The area of impact is shown on the associated map.
