North County Campus Building N3100/N3200 Air Balance Test

Location: (NCC) Building N3100/N3200

Date(s) in Effect: Friday; July 26th, 2024; 7am – 4pm

Description: Contractor will be conducting air balance testing of the building’s HVAC system. The contractor will be operating a scissor lift in the entry area of the Library and in Dallons Hall. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.



SLO Campus Center Hollister Road Sidewalk

Location: (SLO) Hollister Road Sidewalk

Date(s) in Effect: July 16, 2024 – August 9, 2024

Description: Contractor will be closing a portion of the Hollister Road sidewalk to repair a storm drain culvert. Pedestrian traffic will be temporarily rerouted through the access road parallel to the athletic fields. The area of work is noted on the associated map below.

SLO Campus Center Building 4000 Complex Conduit Boring

Location: (SLO) 4000 Complex Southeast Exterior

Date(s) in Effect: July 22, 2024 – July 26, 2024

Description: Contractor will be performing a directional bore for the new conduit between the 4000 complex electrical substation and switch 9 adjacent to Cougar Park.



SLO Campus Center 5000 Complex Roof HVAC

Location: (SLO) 5000 Complex

Date(s) in Effect: May 3rd, 2024 – August 23rd, 2024; 7am to 4pm

Description: Contractor will be replacing all the roofing and HVAC at the 5000 complex buildings. The entire parking lot east of building 5200 (dock area) will be closed and used as a laydown yard for the duration of the project. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map. Noise and traffic from construction vehicles are to be expected.
