SLO Campus Center Gas Valve Repair

Description: The contractor will be repairing a gas line near building 2400. This work will cause a brief interruption of gas services impacting the 2000, 4000, and 1000 complexes, as well as the 3300-3400 building. Minor noise is expected. The impacted areas are noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Asphalt Slurry Seal

Description: The contractor will apply a slurry seal to portions of the service road and Hollister Road. During construction, one lane on Hollister Road will remain open, with traffic directed by a traffic control crew. The service road north of the swing arm gate will be closed for up to 24 hours, during which time the loading dock and the parking lot behind the bookstore will be inaccessible. Lots 2 and 2A will remain open and accessible from Romauldo Road. Strong odors are expected during slurry application. Affected areas are shown on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Asphalt Repair Project

Description: The contractor will grind and overlay the existing asphalt roads around the perimeter of the San Luis Obispo Campus, as well as slurry seal select locations around campus. One lane will remain open during construction, and traffic will flow in one direction around campus. Please plan for traffic delays throughout the construction window. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.
Wireless Access Point Replacement

Description: The contractor will be on both campuses to replace existing wireless access points (APs) in various buildings. This work will not disrupt classes or campus operations, is expected to generate minimal noise, and should not affect network connectivity or services.
