NCC Parking Lot 10 & Site Improvements – 01-08-21 Weekly Construction Update
Work this week: The first lift of asphalt was placed in Parking Lot 10. Additional concrete was poured around the Parking Lot.

Work this week: Concrete was poured in the bus drop-off area, curbs were poured on the east end of Parking Lot 10, and light pole bases around the site were put into place.
Work this week: Rough grading, and formwork remains ongoing. Additional gutters were poured.
Work this week: Aggregate base compaction continued, curb and gutter as well as flatwork were put into place, CMU monument signage was grouted, and the existing parking ticket dispenser was removed to be replaced with a new unit in the future.
Monthly status update on all existing Measure L projects.
Work this week: Installation of site lighting continued, with conduit being run and reinforcing steel being placed for the light pole bases. A large portion of the curb and gutter was poured at the drive aisle entry and the drop off entry loop.
Work this week: Additional base was placed throughout Parking Lot 10. Grading base & Site lighting installation is ongoing.
Work this week: Contractor placed additional form work throughout Parking Lot 10. Construction team began laying base in the drive aisle to prepare for asphalt paving work. Irrigation has been tied into the main line and site lighting installation is ongoing.
