Network Maintenance Inside NCC Data Center
Location: North County Campus

Description: The Information Technology team will be performing maintenance on network equipment inside the Data Center. This work will prohibit network access for the entire campus for the duration of impact. Network access will be restored immediately after the work is complete.
Mechanical Punch List Work at Buildings 4100, 4300, 4400, 6200, 7100
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will be performing mechanical punch list work. Area of work is highlighted in red below. No impacts are anticipated beyond minimal noise impacts related footsteps on the roof and use of handheld power tools. There will be no impact to airflow in offices and classrooms.
Data Fiber Work at Parking Lot 10, Quad, and Campus Center Data Room

Roofing & HVAC Crane, Lift and Dumpster at Building 6300

Replacement of Roofing & HVAC for Building 6300
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will begin the demo and replacement of the roofing and HVAC for Building 6300. A temporary fencing area will be installed within Parking Lot 3 & 4 to store material & equipment. Areas of impact are highlighted in yellow on the associated map. Noise is to be expected.
Utility Locating & Investigation at Buildings 6200, 6300, 6600’s, 6700, 6800, 8000

Electrical Work at Kiosk in Parking Lot 5

Working on Fire Alarm System at Buildings 3100, 4100, 4300, 4400, 7100

Description: Contractors will be working on the fire alarm systems in various buildings on the SLO Campus. The work will require daily access to the main Fire Alarm panel in the 3100 building. Dates and times of impacts vary per building. Impacted areas are highlighted in the associated map, please see the following building specific impacts: Building 3100——Daily Access to Fire Alarm Main Panel in the IT/Electrical Room. // Building 4100——September 20-22: Daily Access to Building Fire Alarm panel in Custodial Room 4106——September 24: Building roof access and above ceiling access in rooms 4104, 4105, 4109, 4110, 4111, 4112, 4113, 4114. Work will be scheduled around classroom schedules——September 28: Building Fire Alarm will be tested for functionality. During testing, horn and strobes will go into alarm. Work will be scheduled around classroom schedules // Building 4300——September 20-22: Daily Access to Building Fire Alarm panel in workroom and custodial closet——September 23: Building roof access and above ceiling access in hallway, workroom, and custodial closet——September 28: Building Fire Alarm will be tested for functionality. Duct Cover Work on Building 4100 Roof
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 9/16/21 – 9/17/21, 6am-4pm
Description: The contractor will be completing the install of duct covers on the roof of Building 4100. A reach lift will be utilized to move material to the roof top beginning at 6am-7am, Sept. 16, 2021. All remaining work will be confined to the roof of Building 4100. Noise is to be expected.
