Worksite Prep at Buildings 6100 & 7100
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: May 16, 2022 - May 20, 2022 – 7am-4pm
Description: Contractor will be setting fencing, stair towers, and trash containers for the upcoming roof and HVAC replacement projects at Buildings 6100 and 7100. Please be advised, pedestrian path of travel on the west side of Building 7100 and east sides of Buildings 6100 and 7100 will be impacted. Area of work is noted on associated map. Noise is to be expected.
Aquatic Center Site Improvements
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 5/16/22 – 7/15/22, 7am - 4pm
Description: Contractor will be performing sitework improvements on the south side of the Aquatics Center. Please be advised intermittent electrical outages at the Aquatic Center may occur. Temporary fencing will be installed at the laydown areas indicated below. Area of work is noted on associated map. Noise is to be expected.
Landscaping Work at Building 5000 Courtyard Area
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will be performing landscape work at Building 5000 Courtyard area. Please be advised the area between the modular Buildings will be blocked off and will not be accessible. Modulars will remain open and can be accessed from Parking Lot 2. Area of work is noted on associated map. Noise is to be expected.
Crane Work at Building 6300
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 5/6, 5/9-5/10, 2022, 7am-4pm
Description: A crane will be utilized to set the rooftop HVAC unit above classroom 6301. Please be advised path of travel in front of Building 6300 and between Building 6200 and 6300 will be impacted on May 6, only, beginning at 11:00am. Area of work is noted on the associated map. Noise is to be expected.
UPDATED: Hydration Station Installations at Tennis Court
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 4/6/22 – 5/6/22, 7am-4pm
Description: Contractor will replace two drinking fountains with new hydration stations. Please be advised three to four parking spaces nearest to the fountain being replaced will be designated for construction vehicles. Area of work is noted on associated map. Pedestrian traffic will not be obstructed. Noise is to be expected.
UPDATED: Renovation Work at Building 4000
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will be renovating the restrooms, replacing the drinking fountains, and upgrading the fire alarm system. Parking spaces to the east of Building 4000 will be designated for a roll off bin & construction vehicles. Area of work is noted on associated map. Please be advised restrooms will be out of service for the duration of impact. Pedestrian pathways will not be affected. Noise is to be expected. See laydown plan below for further detail.
UPDATED: Restroom Renovations at Building 7100

Description: Contractor will be renovating the men’s and women’s restrooms at Building 7100 and replacing an exterior drinking fountain. Area of work is noted on associated map. Please be advised restrooms will be out of service for the duration of impact. A 40 yard roll off bin will be placed in the landscaped area to the west of Building 7100. Noise is to be expected. See laydown plan below for further detail.
UPDATED: Drinking Fountain Replacements at Building 1400
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 3/22/22 – 5/27/22, 7am-4pm
Description: Contractor will be replacing four drinking fountains. This work will be performed in two phases. The two drinking fountains located in the Gym will be replaced, then the two remaining drinking fountains located in the lobby will be replaced. Area of work is noted on the associated map. Please be advised, a 30 yard roll off bin will be placed in the laydown area to the west of Building 1400. Pedestrian traffic will not be impeded. Noise is to be expected. Roof Work at Building 5100
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 3/14/22 – 4/1/22, 6am-4pm
Description: Contractor will be removing & replacing a portion of the existing roof at Building 5100. Area of work is noted on associated map. Work zone/ladder access point will be taped off. Please be advised pedestrian path will be rerouted. A section of pathway will remain open to allow for ADA access. Restrooms in Building 5100 will be closed & Building 5400 restrooms will remain open. Noise is to be expected.
HVAC Work on Roof of Building 4400
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will run control wiring to the multizone HVAC unit on the roof of Building 4400 and reprogram the exterior lighting controls. Area of work is noted on associated map. Noise is to be expected.
