Temporary Lighting in Parking Lot 10
Location: North County Campus

Description: Contractor will provide temporary lighting in Parking Lot 10. Area of work is noted on associated map. Please be advised a portion of Parking Lot 10 will be sectioned off and closed for duration of impact. The Northeast corner of Parking Lot 10 will be accessible to vehicles. Noise is to be expected.
HVAC Work at Building 4100 (Roof)
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 9/9/21 – 9/10/21, 6am-4pm
Description: Mechanical crew will mobilize to install the HVAC duct covers (Dog House) on the roof of Building 4100. A reach lift will be utilized to move material to the roof top beginning at 6am-7am, Sept. 9, 2021. All remaining work will be confined to the roof of Building 4100. Noise is to be expected.
Access Panel Work at Building 1400 (Gym)
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: The contractor will be installing an access panel beneath the eaves of the gym. Area of work is highlighted in red on the associated map. Please note, noise is to be expected from saw cutting operations.
IT Backup Generator Work at N3100 (IT/Electrical rooms) & N9800 (Chiller Yard)
Location: North County Campus

Description: Final programming and parts replacement on the North County Campus IT Backup Generator will be performed. Areas of impact include the IT Room and Electrical room in the LRC Building and the Chiller Yard.
Underground Electrical Work At Building 1400
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: The contractor will be performing underground electrical work around the gym and gym courtyard. Area of work is highlighted in red on the associated map. Please note, noise is to be expected from saw cutting operations and heavy equipment.
Roof Demolition At Building 7100S Annex
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 8/11/21 – 8/12/21, 7am-5pm
Description: The contractor will be performing roofing demolition and installation of new roofing activities at Building 7100S. Area of work is noted on the associated map. Moderate noise is to be expected.
Power Shutdown at Buildings 3100, 3200, 6000’s & 7000’s Complex
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 8/7/21, 7am-7pm
Description: Failing electrical switchgear on the SLO campus are being replaced. Multiple buildings on the SLO campus will be without power for entire duration of impact. All items requiring refrigeration must be relocated during the shutdown to avoid expiration. Please see below for the affected buildings.
HVAC Work At Buildings 5100, 5200, 5300 and 5400
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will be performing HVAC baseline test & balance work on Buildings 5100, 5200, 5300, and 5400. Much of this work will take place on the rooftop of each building. Please be advised the contractor may access a few areas on the interior of the buildings in order to take air flow readings. Moderate noise levels may be heard at times.
Emergency Gas Shut-Off in Building N9800 – Chiller Yard
Location: North County Campus

Description: Contractor will be conducting an Emergency Gas Shut-Off to rework gas service valve and point of connection for IT Backup Generator. Please be advised gas service will be turned off in Building N9800 for the duration of impact.
Wired/Wireless Network Connectivity Off Campus Wide and Power off in Building N3100
Location: North County Campus
Date(s) in Effect: 7/17/21, 7am-4pm
Description: Contractor will be conducting a power switchover to the tie-in IT backup generator, as well as the automatic & manual transfer switches. Please be advised, power will be turned off in Building N3100 and all wired and wireless network connectivity will be down in all locations at the North County Campus for the entire duration. This includes access to services such as the internet, Banner, and myCuesta from the North County Campus. These services will remain accessible from the San Luis Obispo Campus.
