3100 – 3400 Building Tenant Improvement Construction
Project Overview
Project Start Date: Fall 2025 Project Completion Date: Spring 2027The 3100 – 3400 Building Complex on the San Luis Obispo Campus has not undergone renovations since its construction. Currently accommodating student services, programs, the University Partner Center, and the library, several of these functions are slated to relocate to the new campus center, presently under construction. This project seeks to repurpose the vacated spaces, aiming to improve services for both students and faculty.
