3100 – 3400 Complex Tenant Improvement Construction

The 3100–3400 Complex Tenant Improvement Project will modernize a major portion of Cuesta College’s San Luis Obispo Campus, creating updated, functional, and welcoming spaces that better support students, faculty, and staff.

The project includes comprehensive renovations across Buildings 3100, 3200, 3300, and 3400. Improvements will include refreshed student programs, support spaces, and offices; upgraded building systems and technology; new interior finishes and furnishings; accessibility improvements; and modifications designed to better align the facilities with current and future campus needs.

Construction will be completed in multiple phases to allow College programs and services to continue operating throughout the project. Temporary swing spaces and carefully coordinated moves will be used as buildings and areas are renovated, with sequencing planned to minimize disruption to students, employees, and campus operations.

The project is currently progressing through final design and regulatory review, with construction anticipated to follow completion of bidding and contractor selection. Once complete, the renovated 3100–3400 complex will provide a more modern, efficient, accessible, and student-centered environment while extending the useful life of these important campus facilities.
