SLO Campus Center Buildings 7100, 5100, & 3200 Painting

Description: Contractor will mobilize to prep and paint two exterior walls of Building 7100, the exterior wall of the cafeteria lounge, the wall behind the barbecue area at Building 5100, and the interior walls of room 3219. Parking will be prohibited in the surrounding areas of 7100 and 5100 for the duration of the work. Minor construction noise is expected. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Buildings 3400 Construction Material Loading
Location: (SLO) Building 3400

Description: Contractor will be loading and storing materials and equipment in room 3403 to construct two (2) new offices and extend a wall over the Spring Break period. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Education Drive Exit & 5300 Pathway – Asphalt Repairs
Location: (SLO) Education Drive Exit & 5300 Pathway

Description: The contractor will perform asphalt repairs on the Education Drive exit lane and on the pathway west of Building 5300. The Education Drive exit will be closed for the duration of this work. However, the entrance will remain open. Construction noise is expected. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.

Description: Due to a weather delay this work had to be rescheduled. Contractor will mobilize to install a new pedestrian pathway next to building 7100. Noise from power tools, grading equipment, and paving equipment should be expected. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Building 6300 Courtyard Landscape Improvements

Description: Contractor will mobilize to demolish and replace the asphalt paving around the 6300 courtyard landscape area. Noise from power tools, grading equipment, paving equipment, and delivery vehicles should be expected. The affected pathways will be closed for the duration of this work, impacting access to buildings 6200 and 6300. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.

Description: Contractor will mobilize to remove the cabinet system located on the shared wall between 6106 A/B and 6107.
