SLO Campus Center Gas Line Repair

Description: The contractor will be repairing multiple gas lines and valves. This work will require the gas service to be shut down in various locations across the campus, impacting the 1000, 2000, 3100-3400, and 4000 Complexes. There is a possibility that service to the entire campus may be affected, but that is to be determined. Minor noise is expected. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
North County Campus N2400, N2800, N3100/N3200 HVAC Rehabilitation

Description: Contractor will place a crane in parking lot 2A from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. to remove old equipment and hoist new HVAC units. During this period, the building’s main entrance will be closed, and noise is expected. The area of impact is noted below.
