North County Campus Building N3200 Crane Operations

Description: Contractor will be removing ductwork and HVAC equipment from the rooftop of building N3200. The crane will be staged on the northeast side of the building which will be cordoned off with safety barriers. The area of impact is noted on the associated map. Noise is to be expected.

Description: The HVAC systems for buildings N3100/N3200, N2800, and N2400 will be rehabbed to like-new condition. The HVAC systems for the following buildings will be shut down entirely for the duration of repairs: N3100/N3200 - May 27th through July 18thN2400 - June 23rd through July 18th N2800 - June 30th through July 11thThe district will provide temporary air conditioning units for select areas.
SLO Campus Center Buildings 1300 & 5300 Manhole and Sewer Line Repair

Description: Contractor will mobilize to replace a manhole and a section of sewer pipe between buildings 1300 and 5300. Noise from hand tools, power tools, excavation equipment, and vehicles is expected, along with possible odors from construction equipment, sewage, and hot asphalt. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Buildings 4000, 4300 & 6200 Interior Improvements

Description: Contractor will mobilize to begin interior improvements in buildings 4000, 4300, and 6200. The scope includes new lighting, painting, flooring, and the replacement of select cabinets/countertops/sinks and ceiling tiles. Construction in Buildings 4300 and 6200 is scheduled to begin on May 27th, and Building 4000 will start on June 2nd. The areas of impact are noted on the associated map.
