Electrical Switchgear Replacement on Campus

Description: The contractor will be replacing electrical switchgear on campus. This work will result in power and network outages for several buildings on campus for the duration of this impact. The following buildings will be without power and network connectivity: 2100, 2200, 2300, 2400, 2500, 3100, 3200, 3300, and 3400. The following buildings will be without network connectivity: 4200, 4300, 4400, 4500, 4600, 4700, 5100, 5300, 5400, 5900, 6100, 6200, 6300, 6600, 6700, 7100, 8000, 8100. Building 2800 Data Center will switch to back-up generator power and remain operational.
Moderate Noise Expected From HVAC Work On Building 2100

Description: General contractor will be air balancing HVAC equipment on Building 2100. This work may require the contractor to use a ladder to access above the T-bar ceiling. Access to Bldg. 2100 will remain open. Please be advised that moderate noise is to be expected.
Contractor Installing New Main Electrical Switchgear To Early Childhood Education Center

Description: The contractor will be installing the new main electrical switchgear to the Early Childhood Education Center. This will require shutting down the power to the entire campus. Please be advised the North County Campus will be without power and the District’s network/technology will be down for the duration of the shutdown.

Crane Work At New Aquatics Center

Description: General contractor will be setting the new Aquatics restroom on the pool deck. A crane will be used in the area identified below. This work will require Building 1000 & 1100 to be vacated. No access to Buildings 1000 & 1100 will be allowed while the crane is in operation and access on the pool deck will be limited. Equipment noise is to be expected.
