(NCC) Building N1000/N1100 Water Line work on Roof

Description: Contractors will be working on the chilled water lines on the roof of the North County Campus Center. During this time, there will be no A/C cooling in the building. Some noise may be audible at times during the construction.
2100 Building – Crane Use

Description: A crane will be used to install new condensers on the roof of building 2100 – the crane area identified below will be cautioned tape off. Equipment noise is to be expected. Parking interruption in Lot 5 may occur.
North County Campus Building N5300 Power Shut Down

Asphalt Work at Data Center Building

Description: General contractor will be performing asphalt work to the walkway in front of the Data Center Building. The pathway in the area marked in Red below will be off-limits to pedestrians. Equipment noise to be expected.
Emergency Campus-wide Electrical Shutdown

Description: An emergency campus wide shutdown is required in order to repair an unexpected failure of an electrical splice to restore power to Facilities and Shipping and Receiving.
Building 3100 Communications Infrastructure Work

Description: Communications infrastructure work will commence in the communications room at Building 3100. There should be no impact to the daily operations of this facility.
Aquatics Restroom Pad Prep

Description: UPDATE: The migration to the new Data Center and replacement of campus electrical switchgear was completed ahead of schedule over the winter break. No additional shutdowns are required to complete the work. The planned shutdown for January 18th, 2020 has been cancelled.
