Demolition and Construction at Building 4300 Restrooms & Drinking Fountains
Location: San Luis Obispo

Description: Contractor will be demolishing and reconstructing the restrooms & drinking fountains in Building 4300. Please be advised intermittent water and electrical shutdowns will occur throughout the duration of the project. Faculty will be directed to the nearest operational restroom. Extension Ladder Used at 5000 Complex

Asphalt Demolition at Building 6700

Description: The contractor will demo and remove a portion of the asphalt walkway between 6800 & 6600C for Building 6700 restroom addition project. Please be advised a portion of the walkway which is noted on the associated map below will be closed to traffic for the duration of this work. Noise is to be expected.
Chiller Install — Expect Electrical Shutdown
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 10/9/22, 7am-4pm
Description: Contractor will disconnect rented chillers and install new chillers in its place. Please be advised this work will require an electrical shutdown on Sunday, October 9, for approximately 2-4 hours, causing the emergency generator at Building 2800 Data Center to start and maintain power during the shutdown. The truck-mounted chiller will be transported off campus utilizing the service road adjacent to Parking Lot 5. The truck will be accompanied by a ground guide. Area of impact is noted on associated map.
Fire Alarm Electrical Maintenance at Building 4000 — Noise Expected
