North County Campus Interim Housing Flashing Reseal

Description: The North County College Campus Interim Housing project’s construction personnel will continue to work on the roofs of the recently placed modulars to reseal the flashing and penetrations this Friday, 10/2 and Saturday, 10/3. North County Campus Interim Housing Miscellaneous Adjustments

Description: Update: In an effort to expedite the completion of these tasks, the construction personnel have been scheduled for Sunday, 10/11/15. The North County College Campus Interim Housing project’s construction personnel will be working on miscellaneous adjustments to the modular buildings. This work includes tasks, such as adjusting door closers and ceiling tiles. The work is scheduled to begin Friday 10/2 and Saturday 10/3 and will continue every Friday and Saturday until the work is complete on Wednesday, 11/11/15. Construction will coordinate to have any work involving Friday-occupied buildings scheduled for Saturdays only.
North County Campus Base Rock Installation

The work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, 10/1/15 and is anticipated to be complete by 10/6/15. Related noise and some dust can be expected during this period. San Luis Obispo Campus Parking Lot 3 Repairs

Description: As of Friday, 9/18/15, two ADA parking spaces in Parking Lot 3 are closed for repairs and have been coned-off with orange delineators. The date of the repair is tentatively schedule to be complete 10/31/15. Once confirmed, an updated construction alert will be forthcoming.
