Data Center Generator Installation
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Data Center project’s General Contractor will be installing a new generator using a large commercial crane. The area noted on the associated map will be cordoned off to pedestrian traffic. The ADA path of travel to the west of Parking Lot 5 will remain open. Access to the parking lot will be impacted. Athletic Fields & TR Upgrades Concrete for Pole Bases Installation

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Athletic Fields Wireless & TR Upgrades project’s construction personnel will be installing concrete for the base of the wireless access poles at the softball field and track. Paving near Bldg 9100

Trenching behind the backstop at the baseball field

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Athletic Fields Wireless & TR Upgrades project’s construction personnel will be trenching for new underground conduit behind the backstop at the baseball field. After the conduit is placed, the trench will be backfilled, compacted, and paved. Affected areas will be delineated off with caution tape. Trenching Near Building 9100

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Athletic Fields Wireless & TR Upgrades project’s construction personnel will be trenching for new underground conduit on the east side of building 9100. Affected areas will be coned-off with caution tape. This work is scheduled to begin at 7:00 am Monday, 02/11/2019 and is anticipated to be completed by 3:30 pm, 02/12/2019. Building 1400 Restroom Painting

Description: On Tuesday, January 29, 2019, construction personnel will be painting the Men and Women’s lobby restrooms in Building 1400. Temporary restrooms will be made available in the Gym courtyard throughout the duration of this work. Building 1400 Conduit Installation
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: Description Revised - Due to the weather, the dates for this work has changed (originally scheduled between 1/28/19-3/1/19). The San Luis Obispo Campus Athletic Fields Wireless & TR Upgrades project’s construction personnel will be placing 2” conduit between the service road and Building 1700 to the basketball courts. The conduit will be pulled underground from Building 1700 to a pull box near the gate of the softball field. These areas will be coned- off with caution tape during this time. The work will begin at 7:00 am, 2/6/2019; and continue through the end of the day Friday, 2/8/2019. Please notify all parties that this work may affect. Plant Science Facility, Kinesiology, and Maintenance Trailer Power Outage

Description: On Friday, January 25, 2019, the R & B Shultz Early Childhood Education Center’s general contractor, AMG, will be installing temporary power to the construction site. This work will require that they disconnect power to the Plant Science Facility, Kinesiology, and maintenance trailers and is scheduled to occur from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, January 25, 2019. San Luis Obispo Aquatics Center Restroom Interior Improvements

North County Campus Kinesiology Project Fire Alarm Testing

The alarm system is tied into the Learning Resource Center (LRC) and may be activated while the test is being performed.
