Building 1100 Locker Room Closure

Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Date(s) in Effect: Monday, 11/05/18

Description: Construction will be complete in Building 1000 by the end of the day, Wednesday, 11/07/18. Please remove all belongings from Building 1100 on Thursday, 11/08/18, and Friday, 11/09/18; and move your items to the lockers in Building 1000. Construction will commence in Building 1100 on Monday, 11/12/18; and the locker room will be closed.
ALL LOCKERS AND RESTROOMS IN THE 1100 BUILDING WILL BE INACCESSIBLE BEGINNING MONDAY, 11/12/18. PLEASE REMOVE ALL PADLOCKS & PERSONAL BELONGINGS FROM BUILDING 1100 ON OR BEFORE THE END OF THE DAY FRIDAY, 11/09/18.

Data Center Project Construction Start

Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Date(s) in Effect: Monday, 10/15/18

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Data Center project’s General Contractor will begin construction of the Data Center Project on Monday, 10/15/18. While most activity will occur within the fenced construction area, there will be an increase in noise and construction traffic near Parking Lot 5. North County Campus Center Crane

Location: North County Campus

Date(s) in Effect: Monday 10/8/18

Description: On Monday, October 8, 2018 from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM the North County Campus Center’s construction personnel will have a crane in the area of the N1100 building’s cafeteria to lift equipment onto the roof of the building. The area adjacent to the cafeteria, indicated in yellow on the map, will be closed while this work is occurring. Construction delineators and personnel will be monitoring the area during this time. Building 1000 Temporary Water Shut Off

Date(s) in Effect: Friday 10/5/18

Description: On Friday, October 5, 2018 the San Luis Obispo Aquatics Center project personnel will be temporarily shutting off the water to Building 1000. This work will start at approximately 7:00 am and be complete by 3:30 pm. Please notify all parties that this work may impact. Aquatics Center and 1000 Complex Temporary Fencing Installation

Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Date(s) in Effect: Thursday 9/27/18 through Friday 10/19/18

Description: On Thursday, September 27, 2018 the San Luis Obispo Aquatics Center & 1000 Complex ADA Upgrades project’s personnel will be installing temporary fencing on the north side of the pool. The walkway adjacent to the north side of the pool, as indicated on the map, will be closed for approximately 3 weeks. This work is estimated to be completed on 10/19/18. 1000 Complex Temporary Fencing Removal

Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Date(s) in Effect: Friday 9/28/18

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus 1000 Complex Roofing/HVAC project’s construction personnel will be removing the existing temporary fencing around buildings 1000 and 1300. A small portion of fencing on the west side of building 1000, indicated in green on the associated map, will remain. This work will occur from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday, September 28, 2018. Building 1000 Temporary Water Shut Off

Description: On Thursday September 20, 2018 the San Luis Obispo Aquatics Center project personnel will be temporarily shutting off the water to Building 1000. This work will start at approximately 7:00 am and be complete by 3:30 pm. Please notify all parties that this work may impact. Data Center Temporary Fencing Installation

Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Date(s) in Effect: Thursday 9/20/18

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Data Center project’s personnel will be installing temporary fencing and construction trailers in preparation of the Data Center. This work will occur on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 7:00 AM until completed. Staff Parking will be relocated during the construction of the Data Center(see yellow section on the map). ADA parking will NOT be affected. Access to the parking permit kiosk will remain available. Please notify all parties that this work may impact. Aquatics Center Temporary Water Shut Off

Description: On Monday September 17, 2018 the San Luis Obispo Aquatics Center project will be temporary shutting off the water to Building 1000. This work will start at approximately 6:30 am and be complete by 11:00 am. Please notify all parties that this work may impact. 1000 Complex Temporary Water Shut Off

Description: The 1000 Complex Roofing & HVAC project’s construction personnel will be shutting down the domestic hot and cold water to the 1000 building to repair a waterline in the building. This work is scheduled to occur from 7 AM – 4 PM on Friday, August 31, 2018. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
