Description: Contractor will perform repairs to the HVAC and domestic water systems on Tuesday, October 14. The building’s water supply will be shut off from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during this work. Restrooms in the 7300 building will be unavailable throughout the day; staff and faculty are encouraged to use the restrooms in the 7100 building. Minor noise from hand tools is expected. SLO Campus Center 4000 Complex – Switchgear Installation

Description: The contractor will use a large crane to unload a temporary transformer in the Engineering and Technology yard on October 2, 2025. On October 4, 2025, beginning at 7:00 a.m., Facilities and the contractor will shut down power to the entire 4000 complex for the full day. This work will involve setting the temporary transformer in place and removing the existing temporary generator near the 4400 building. The impacted area is shown on the attached map.
