San Luis Obispo Campus Interim Housing Miscellaneous Adjustments

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Interim Housing project’s construction personnel will be working on miscellaneous adjustments to the modular buildings such as adjusting door closers and ceiling tiles. This is scheduled to start Monday 10/12 and Tuesday 10/13 during Flex Days and may continue the following Friday and Saturday until the list has been completed. Please notify any individuals this may impact.
San Luis Obispo Interim Housing Fencing Installation
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus Instructional Building Site
Date(s) in Effect: Monday 11/23/15 until complete
Description: San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be installing fencing as highlighted in blue. This work is scheduled to begin as early as Monday, 11/23/15. Directional signage will be installed on the fence to assist pedestrian traffic. Please notify anyone in your area that this process may impact.
North County Campus Interim Housing AC Paving

Description: North County College Campus Interim Housing Project construction personnel will be completing the AC Paving around the modulars (shown in yellow below) beginning Friday, 10/9/15. Completion is scheduled for Tuesday, 10/13/15. Access to and from the building will NOT be available during the AV Paving. Please plan accordingly. Note: There will be odors and noise associated with the project. Please notify anyone in your area that this process may impact.

Description: The San Luis Obispo Campus Interim Housing project’s construction personnel is tentatively scheduled to continue work to reseal the flashing and penetrations on the roofs of the modular buildings Saturday 10/3 and Saturday 10/10. These buildings include 6600A & B, 2002, 2600, 2900, and 2700. Some odors and noise may be noticeable during this period. Please notify anyone in your area that this process may impact.

Description: The North County College Campus Interim Housing project’s construction personnel will continue to work on the roofs of the recently placed modulars to reseal the flashing and penetrations this Friday, 10/2 and Saturday, 10/3. Description: Update: In an effort to expedite the completion of these tasks, the construction personnel have been scheduled for Sunday, 10/11/15. The North County College Campus Interim Housing project’s construction personnel will be working on miscellaneous adjustments to the modular buildings. This work includes tasks, such as adjusting door closers and ceiling tiles. The work is scheduled to begin Friday 10/2 and Saturday 10/3 and will continue every Friday and Saturday until the work is complete on Wednesday, 11/11/15. Construction will coordinate to have any work involving Friday-occupied buildings scheduled for Saturdays only.
