Learning Resource Center Area Construction
Location: North County Campus

Description: In preparation for the North County Campus Plant Sciences’ project, the project’s construction personnel will be working in the area of the Learning Resource Center (Buildings N3100 & N3200) on Wednesday, 07/19/17 and continue through Friday, 09/15/17. Some noise and dust may be noticeable during this period. Please notify anyone in your area that this process may impact.
North County Campus Center Construction Zone
Location: North County Campus

Description: The North County Campus Center project’s construction personnel will be relocating a portion of the temporary construction site fencing to accommodate ongoing work in Parking Lot 10. Walk up access to the parking permit kiosk will be available. This work is to begin 7/12/17 and be completed on or before 10/2/17. The “NEW” fence line will be as indicated on the map. Please notify anyone in your area that this work may impact.
SLO Campus Instructional Building HVAC Install
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus
Date(s) in Effect: Wednesday, 6/28/17
Description: The San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be hoisting the HVAC equipment to the building’s roof with the use of a crane within the construction fence. This work is scheduled to occur on Wednesday, June 28th, 2017 and should not impact pedestrian traffic.
SLO Campus Fire Hydrant Testing

Description: On Friday, 5/26/17 from 7:30 AM –12:00 PM the district’s construction team will be performing water hydrant testing on the San Luis Obispo Campus near parking lot 5 as indicated on the map. There will be excess water in the area during this time. Please notify anyone in your area that this work may impact.
North County Campus Parking Lot Construction- Phase 1
Location: North County Campus
Date(s) in Effect: Monday, 5/8/17 - Friday, 5/19
Description: North County Campus parking lot 11 construction will begin May 8, 2017 and continue through August 11, 2017. This project will roll out in two phases.
Phase 1: Parking Lot 11 West Entrance Closure. For the duration of the construction, visitors will access parking lot 11 from the east entrance only. This phase does not impact pedestrian pathways.
North County Campus Parking Lot Construction- Phase 2
Location: North County Campus
Date(s) in Effect: Monday, 5/22/17 – Friday, 8/11/17
Description: North County Campus parking lot 11 construction will begin May 8, 2017 and continue through August 11, 2017. This project will roll out in two phases.
Phase 2: West end of Parking Lot 11 Construction. For the duration of the construction, visitors will access parking lot 11 from the east entrance only. The pedestrian pathway will be re-routed from parking lot 10 to the city sidewalk along Dallons Drive and through parking lot 11 toward the Fox Building (N2400). Pedestrians can access the Children’s Center (N4022/N4036) from parking lot 11 either through the Fox Building (N2400), or around the east end of the Fox Building.
Instructional Building Wire Pulling
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: The San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be pulling wire from the area highlighted in yellow into the construction zone Wednesday, April 12, 2017 through Thursday, April 13, 2017. Construction personnel will have this area fenced off while equipment is being used to pull the wire. Please notify anyone that this work may affect.
Instructional Building Power Shut Down
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: The San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be connecting the building’s switchgear to the main electrical system which will require power to be shut down to the 4000 Buildings starting at 6:00 am and completing by 9:00 am on Friday, April 14, 2017. Please notify anyone that this work may affect.
SLO Campus Sidewalk Repair and Conduit Inspection
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus
Date(s) in Effect: Monday 4/10/17 through Wednesday 4/12/17
Description: The construction team will be repairing sidewalks on the San Luis Obispo Campus near the snack shelter between the 3300 & 4100 buildings. They will also be potholing to inspect conduit on the lawn area near the 4100 building. This work will begin on Monday, 4/10/17 and continue through Wednesday, 4/12/17. There will be some noise associated with this work, and access to the area will be limited during this time. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
SLO Instructional Building Water Removal
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: On Friday, March 3rd, 2017, the San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be removing water from the electrical vault located west of the snack shelter indicated in yellow on the attached map. Construction personnel will have this area fenced off while equipment is being used to pump the vault. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
