SLO Campus Center Building 1100 Women’s Locker Room

Description: The women’s locker room in building 1100 will be closed for a drainpipe repair. During this time, Community Programs and Athletics will need to use the facilities in rooms 1019, 1022, and 1026. The area of impact is noted on the associated map. Noise is to be expected.
SLO Campus Center Buildings 7100 Sewer Repairs

Description: Contractor will mobilize on Wednesday, October 2nd, to make repairs to the sewer line on the south side of building 7100. The contractor will pothole for existing utilities on Wednesday, expose the sewer line on Thursday, and make necessary repairs on Friday. The area of impact is noted on the associated map. Noise is to be expected.
SLO Campus Center Buildings 6105 and 6106 – AV Upgrades

Description: The contractor will install new Audio-Visual equipment in rooms 6105 & 6106. Minor noise is expected. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Buildings 3100 and 3200 – Boiler Maintenance

Description: Due to emergency maintenance of the boiler system, the heat to the southeast portions of buildings 3100 and 3200 will be interrupted. Contractors will be working to restore heat as soon as possible. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Building 6100 AV Upgrades

SLO Campus Center Building 1400 – Gymnasium Water Leak

Description: A water leak was discovered in Building 1400. All water service has been shut off to the building. At this time, it is unknown when water service will be restored. Please use the facilities in Buildings 1000 and 1100. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center 5000 Complex Fire Alarm Testing

Description: The contractor will be testing the fire alarm system in the 5100, 5200, 5300, and 5400 buildings. Actuating strobes and noise are to be expected. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.

Description: The contractor will install new Audio-Visual equipment in rooms 3311 & 3312. Minor noise is expected. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
SLO Campus Center Building 7300 VFD Replacement
Location: (SLO) Building 7300
Date(s) in Effect: August 5th – August 9th, 2024
Description: Contractor will be replacing twelve (12) variable frequency drives (VFD) in the 7300 building’s HVAC units. The contractor will be locally shutting down electrical to each VFD as it is replaced. No other electrical service throughout the building should be affected. Staging for the contractor and equipment will be in the gated area located to the north of building 7300. The area of impact is noted on the associated map.
