Fire Alarm Testing at Buildings 4100, 4200, and 4300

Description: Contractor will perform fire alarm testing in Buildings 4100, 4200 and 4300. Please be advised audible/visuals will be set off at all three buildings. Restrooms at each of these locations will be closed for a short period while testing is being performed. Area of work is noted on the associated map.
Roof Repairs on Building 6100
Location: San Luis Obipos

Description: Contractor will be performing roof repairs at two locations and remove debris from a third location on Building 6100. Please be advised walkways noted on the associated map will be partially closed. ADA pathways will be maintained to the fullest extent possible. remove roofing, replace necessary substrate, and reinstall roofing. Loud noise is to be expected due to hand and power tools being used.
Rework on Fire Alarms in Buildings 4100, 4200, 4300

8100 Modular Building Removal
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 2/20/23 – 3/2/23, 7am-4pm
Description: The contractor will be onsite to separate and haul away the 8100 modular building. The area of work is identified on the map below. Although Parking Lot 4 will remain open, the contractor will be utilizing portions of the lot for staging and access purposes. Noise is to be expected.
Fire Alarm Pre-Testing in Buildings 4100, 4200,4300, and 5400
Location: San Luis Obispo
Date(s) in Effect: 2/17/23 & 2/20/23, 7am-4pm
Description: On February 17, 2023 the contractor will perform fire alarm pre-testing in Buildings 4100, 4200, and 4300. The contractor will return on February 20, 2023 to install and pre-test fire alarm devices in Building 5400. Please be advised alarm will be audible and visible strobes will be set off at these locations during this time of work. Area of work is noted on associated map.
HVAC Rooftop Work at Building 4000
Location: San Luis Obsipo

Description: Contractor will install powered exhaust units at the rooftop of Building 4000. This work will require interior access in multiple areas of the Building. Please be advised heating & AC will be interrupted for the duration of this work. Area of work is noted on the associated map. Noise is to be expected.
Demo Work at Building 6200 Restrooms
Location: San Luis Obsipo

Description: Contractor will begin demolition and reconstruction work in both the men’s & women’s restrooms at Building 6200. Work will take place throughout the day & evenings. Crane Work at Building 7100
Location: San Luis Obsipo

Description: A crane will be utilized to remove and install new HVAC units at the rooftop of Building 7100. Please be advised heating & AC will be down in Building 7100 for the duration of this work. The laydown yard for crane and truck stage for loading/unloading is noted on the associated map. Adjacent lanes will be closed to pedestrians and traffic. Noise is to be expected.
