SLO 1000 Complex Renovation
Project Overview
Project Start Date: Summer 2018 Project Completion Date: Fall 2019The San Luis Obispo Campus’s 1000 building complex was constructed 45 years ago and the majority of the complex’s buildings have not undergone renovation since that time. The 1000 complex houses the physical education locker rooms, pool, gym, weight room, and faculty offices. For most buildings within the 1000 complex, work will include roofing and HVAC replacements, and site infrastructure improvements to electrical, gas, water, and sewer utilities. Renovations to the San Luis Obispo Campus’s 1000 building complex began construction in the summer of 2018.
