Instructional Building Power Shut Down
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: The San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be connecting the building’s switchgear to the main electrical system which will require power to be shut down to the 4000 Buildings starting at 6:00 am and completing by 9:00 am on Friday, April 14, 2017. Please notify anyone that this work may affect.
SLO Campus Sidewalk Repair and Conduit Inspection
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus
Date(s) in Effect: Monday 4/10/17 through Wednesday 4/12/17
Description: The construction team will be repairing sidewalks on the San Luis Obispo Campus near the snack shelter between the 3300 & 4100 buildings. They will also be potholing to inspect conduit on the lawn area near the 4100 building. This work will begin on Monday, 4/10/17 and continue through Wednesday, 4/12/17. There will be some noise associated with this work, and access to the area will be limited during this time. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
SLO Instructional Building Water Removal
Location: San Luis Obispo Campus

Description: On Friday, March 3rd, 2017, the San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be removing water from the electrical vault located west of the snack shelter indicated in yellow on the attached map. Construction personnel will have this area fenced off while equipment is being used to pump the vault. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
Data Center Site Soil Sampling

Description: The project team is tentatively scheduled to pull soil samples for the future Data Center Building on Thursday, March 8, 2017 beginning at 7:00 am and will continue throughout the day. There will be some noise associated with this work. The area will be marked and access will be limited to the area during this time. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
North County Campus Center Water Hydrant Testing

Description: The project team will be performing water hydrant testing near the N3100 & N3200 Schwartz Learning Resource Center Building on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 2:00-4:30 PM. Water from the flow tests will be noticeable during this time. The area will be coned-off and access will be limited. Please notify anyone in your area that this work may impact.
San Luis Obispo Instructional Building Concrete Placement

Description: The San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be placing concrete within the construction zone on Thursday, February 2, 2017. There will be concrete trucks entering and exiting the construction zone through Parking Lot 5. Please notify anyone that this work may impact.
North County Campus Center Chilled Water Line Install
Location: North County Campus
Date(s) in Effect: Monday 12/19/16 - Sunday 1/8/17
Description: The North County Campus Center’s construction personnel will begin tying into the campus’ chilled water line on Monday, December 19, 2016. This work will continue through Sunday, January 8, 2017 in the area of parking Lot 11, west of the N2400 & N2800 buildings and to the east of the N3100 & N3200 buildings, as highlighted in yellow on the map. These areas will be coned-off for pedestrian safety. There will be an increase in noise associated with this work. HVAC heating and cooling may be affected in the N2400, N2800, N3100 and N3200 during this time. Occupants of these buildings may notice varying temperatures in the buildings while this work is being completed. Please notify anyone in your area that this work may impact. SLO Instructional Building Power Shut Down

Description: The San Luis Obispo Instructional Building project’s construction personnel will be connecting a new transformer to the main electrical system on Monday, December 19, 2016. This work will require intermittent power shutdowns to the 4000 complex; including buildings 4000, 4100, 4200, 4300, 4400, 4600, 4700. The shutdown is estimated to begin at 7:00 AM and be restored at approximately 8:00 AM, and shut down again at approximately 12:00 PM and is estimated to be restored at approximately 1:00 PM. Please notify anyone that this work may impact. If you have any further questions, please call the Facilities department at ext. 3283.
SLO Campus Data Center Core Testing
