Crane Use and Aquatics Restroom Setting

Description: General contractor will be setting the new Aquatics restroom on the pool deck. A crane will be used in the area identified below. This work will require Building 1000 & 1100 to be vacated. No access to Buildings 1000 & 1100 will be allowed while the crane is in operation and access on the pool deck will be limited. Equipment noise is to be expected.
Crane work on the HVAC equipment at Building 2300.

Panel installation at drinking fountains of Buildings 2100 & 2200.

Description: Description: Access panels will be installed at the drinking water fountains located on the exterior of Buildings 2100 & 2200. These areas are highlighted below on the associated map. Affected areas will be cordoned off. Access and use to Buildings 2100 & 2200 will remain open. Please be advised that moderate noise levels is to be expected due to equipment.
(NCC) Building N1000/N1100 Water Line work on Roof
Location: North County Campus

Description: Contractors will be working on the chilled water lines on the roof of the North County Campus Center. During this time, there will be no A/C cooling in the building. Some noise may be audible at times during the construction.
2100 Building – Crane Use

Description: A crane will be used to install new condensers on the roof of building 2100 – the crane area identified below will be cautioned tape off. Equipment noise is to be expected. Parking interruption in Lot 5 may occur.
North County Campus Building N5300 Power Shut Down

Description: General contractor will be shutting down power to the Plant Science Facility.
Asphalt Work at Data Center Building

Description: General contractor will be performing asphalt work to the walkway in front of the Data Center Building. The pathway in the area marked in Red below will be off-limits to pedestrians. Equipment noise to be expected.
Emergency Campus-wide Electrical Shutdown

Description: An emergency campus wide shutdown is required in order to repair an unexpected failure of an electrical splice to restore power to Facilities and Shipping and Receiving.
